Our vision

We create a world in which people and organisations resolve their disputes in a fair, constructive and sustainable way – based on the core belief that cooperative negotiations lead to long-term satisfaction and peace.

Our Mission

We empower people and organisations to apply the Harvard concept of interest-based negotiation successfully in critical situations. We are genuinely communicating our firm belief that cooperation pays off in the long run.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We are convinced that negotiation is the key to shaping the world of tomorrow in a responsible and collaborative way. That’s why we work pro bono for negotiators at international climate conferences and for students who want to help shape a sustainable future.

CEMUNE

Konferenz

Strengthen negotiation skills.

Shaping a sustainable future.

Our partner organisation, the Centre for Multilateral negotiations (CEMUNE), supports complex, international negotiation processes, e.g. the annual global climate negotiations. Together with the Centre, we work with the host governments and national negotiating delegations to prepare them for the climate summits and provide support on the ground. We share the belief that in-depth negotiation competences are the key to overcoming global challenges.

PRO-BONO PROJECT

Verhandeln macht Schule

Bringing negotiation to the classroom – because dialogue builds the future.

We are also convinced that strong negotiation competences are the cornerstone for a thriving democracy and a healthy social coexistence. That is why we empower the decision-makers of tomorrow today. To mark our 40th anniversary in 2025, we have launched a pro bono project that brings negotiation skills to schools. The aim is to provide schoolchildren at an early stage with the skills to find constructive solutions through dialogue. With this project, we are investing in a future where understanding and cooperation are core values.
