Ulrich Egger, born in Bern in 1941, co-founded Egger, Philips + Partner AG in Zurich in 1985 and subsequently led the successful cooperation-based consultancy firm to prosperity. He has trained and advised thousands of executives in Switzerland and abroad using the negotiation model he co-developed, “Open Negotiation based on the Harvard-Concept”. He is also one of the pioneers in the field of mediation, having facilitated many conflicts and multi-party negotiations.
