Strengthen individual negotiation skills
Our open negotiation training courses offer participants the opportunity to develop their negotiation skills independently of their own company. Participants benefit from exchanges with people from different industries and roles and gain new perspectives on their personal negotiation style.
All formats are based on “Open Negotiation Based on the Harvard-Concept®” and combine sound methodology with practical simulations, structured reflection, and individual feedback.
We offer German-language Professional Negotiators as open training courses in collaboration with Management Forum Starnberg (MFS). MFS is our long-standing partner and a premium provider of seminars for executives, managers, and leaders.
