The Professional Negotiator Program includes the core content of the Essential Negotiator. In addition:

How large are the groups for inhouse trainings?
The ideal number of participants is 8 to 12. This size allows for intensive interaction, realistic simulations, and individual feedback.
Are the training conducted online or in person?
We work both in person and online. Both options are interactive and suitable for teams working nationally or internationally.
How long do the inhouse trainings last?
From 3.5 hours (Essential Negotiator) to 2 days (Professional/Peak Negotiator). All modules can be combined flexibly.
Can we bring in our own negotiation situations?
Yes, explicitly. Your own cases are a central component of the training work and are specifically reflected upon and simulated.
