Frits Philips jr. (1940) founded his company “Frits Philips jr. & Partners” in the Netherlands in 1983. With the help of the Harvard Negotiation Project at Harvard University Law School he adapted the “Harvard Concept” to the European training culture, cooperating with strategic partners in the Netherlands and Switzerland. In doing so, Frits Philips jr. has helped establishing negotiation as a core competence.
In 1985, he was joined by Ulrich Egger, an entrepreneur who has continued his pioneering work with great commitment and success.
